1． Working principle of automatic single film paper cup molding machine
Structure performance principle of XDF-A paper cup making machine and manufacture process of paper cup:
- The overall structure of this paper cup machine is consisted of first stage, middle stage, second stage, third stage and shell.
First stage: mainly used to finish delivery of cup wall paper, cup wall molding and transmission to middle stage after molding.
Middle stage: mainly used to finish the delivery of cup bottom paper, cup bottom formation, cup wall and bottom combination,
automatic transmission unloading and edge rolling of molded cup.
Third stage：including 45° graduation，preheating, primary heat, knurling, rolling and other structures, which is an important
part to manufacture paper cup.
Fourth stage：mainly including motor and reducer, which is used to complete the preset rotating speed and provide power.
- All the actions of paper cup machine are finished by classic four-bar linkage(crank, rocker mechanism), chain drive, cam,
- grooved wheel andmechanical pneumatic mechanism.
Chain drive mechanism is used to complete the preset rotating speed needed by each rotating part for the production of paper cup.
Cam mechanism and four-bar linkage are used to finish the position in longitudinal, horizontal and vertical direction.
Grooved wheel mechanism (intermittent box) is used to achieve 45° graduation correctly.
Mechanical pneumatic mechanism is used to realize some extra actions.

2. Debugging and operation of paper cup machine
XDF-A machine has multi-actions with strong consistency. Each action undertakes independent function of paper cup production.
However, most of actions are derived from each other, so there is no independence for action itself, or we can say, there is no self-locking
between actions. Due to the special structure of paper cup, traditional button can not be adopted in axial and radial direction. Moreover,
jackscrew is mainly utilized for the location of shaft shoulder and axial gear ring. Therefore, debugging is very important. The so-called
debugging is to achieve rational position of accessories with preset functional action.
All the equipments sold to users have already been debugged. If there is any change on position during the usage, debugging must be
made according to corresponding requirement on the basis of fully understanding and familiar with performance structure principle
of XDF-B machine and debugging skills. Please contact with our company in case of special situations.
1) Debug reference position
A：Parallelism between located board and aluminum plate
B：Location degree and uniform arrangement degree of eight molds position on aluminum plate.
C：Relationship between the position of rolling and knurling on primary heating and preheating part and eight cup molds.
D：Parallelism between pressing plate and cup wall forming mold.
E：All the changes and displacements of position caused by the loosen fixed screw due to long-term use shall be adjusted before
- Equipment adjustment
Before start and switch on the machine，rotate the belt wheel of motor by manual crank (accessory provided with machine）to check
whether there is interference between each action.
After connected with power，the total control button shall be “ON”. Press buttons under temperature controller 1~4 to “ON” successively,
so that each temperature controller is connected with power. Next, adjust the preset temperature of those four controller to be 170°C,
150°C, 120°C and 100°C respectively, observe for 30 minutes and check if the practical temperature arrives to such value. Temperature
shall be adjusted according to the paper you want to use when start up the machine formally.
(please refer to the instruction of intelligent temperature regulator).
When the practical temperature reached the preset value, please install the paper of cup bottom ( on operation platform), and press down
the main shaft motor button. When the paper is delivered to the contact position, press the power button on main heating switch immediately.
3. Electrical capability and operating instruction of paper cup machine (380V)
A: This electrical control cabinet (referred to as operation platform）must be compatible with the model of paper cup machine.
B: Electrical Performance；
a．Input voltage: three phases four lines 380V; frequency: 50∕60 Hz
1).380V motor (1 set) : 1.5 KW
2).380Y motor (1 set): 0.75 KW
3).220V electrical heated tube (3 pcs, 2.4 KW, the power may be changed according to different model)
4) Other electrical appliances: no record.
- c.All the above electrical appliances are distributed in three phases and four wires, which can keep the balance of three phases basically.
d．Safe zero protection and ground protection are available for electrical appliances.
e．Over-current protection device is equipped with motor.
g． Cables with a diameter of 3*4+1*2.5m㎡ or flexible cable can be used as input power cable, which shall be installed according to
the electrical installation rules. The electrical cabinet of this paper cup machine is not provided with cables, users shall prepare and install
cables by themselves.
4. Simple troubleshooting
This instruction can only make instruction of simple troubleshooting. If there is any other problems involving the performance, structure,
principle and other technical capability of equipment or difficult issues, please contact with our company at once.
Please find simple troubleshooting from following table：
Folds on the wall of cup.
Unstable or discontinuous adhesion，wrong dimension of cup wall.
